At the bottom of this page you can submit a topic for me to write about and record with it being dedicated to you in the next print of the book.

I am worthy. I am worthy of all the truths this book has to offer me. I am worthy of having my dreams fulfilled. I am worthy of love, admiration, and grace.  When God created me, He made perfection. I have been made perfect in my imperfections. I am worthy.

Worthiness consumes me. My mistakes and past failures have never, and will never, define me. The lessons I have learned through them, is all the more reason that I am worthy. The negative values other’s put on my life, are not my true value. It is that they do not fully know me, nor understand me, that they do not see my worth.  I am worthy of forgiveness, even to the extent I quickly and humbly forgive myself. This alone, makes me even more worthy. I am worthy.

I have the vision of the life I want, the health I want, the house I want, the car I want, and the love I want, and of it all, I am worthy. I am worthy to do great things, and great things shall I do. I am worthy to possess beautiful things, and beautiful things shall I possess. I am worthy.

I am worthy of becoming everything I desire to become. I am worthy of great energy, extended health, and positive thoughts. Therefore, my actions display great energy, healthy living, and positivity. I am worthy.

I am worthy of being heard. My voice matters immensely; therefore, I speak what needs to be said, but always with the softest of hearts. When I speak, I am heard, understood, and taken seriously. I am worthy.

Worthiness runs through each and every one of my beating veins. Worthy is my name of all names. When I think of me, and when others think of me, we clearly see worthiness. I am worthy.

I am worthy to be all who God created me to be. I uphold worthiness to become all I am meant to be. I am worthy of having my dreams fulfilled. Worthiness consumes me. I am worthy.

I am Confident. When I walk into a room, I own it. I exude confidence in every situation. I am confident in every atmosphere. The world is my oyster; I can be, do, and have anything I want. I stand tall while holding my shoulders back and my head high. My posture displays the highest confidence known to mankind. Because I believe in myself, there is no need to convince others. Because I am confident in myself, I do not need the approval of others. Because I am confident, the whole world believes in me. I respond to every situation with enough confidence to shake the globe. I am confident.

I am confident because I choose to be. No matter what anyone says to me or about me, my confidence is unwavering. No matter what anyone does to me, my confidence remains high and mighty. With my confidence I am a conqueror. As a confident conqueror I get done what needs to be done. My confidence allows me to soar like an eagle, even in the darkest of times. I am confident.

I protect my confidence as if it is the greatest of all jewels. My confidence proves that I am powerful beyond measure. I attract all that I need and all I desire. Blessings pour down like rain over me, because I am confident. Others may play small, but I play large. Others feel secure around me because of my confidence. They believe in me. They believe in themselves, because of me. Confidence serves us all well. I am confident.

I was born to shine, so shining is what I do. My confidence shines as bright as the brightest star on the darkest night. My presence magnifies all the confidence within me. Because I have accomplished small things, I easily accomplish extraordinary things. My confidence grows stronger and stronger with each passing day. With my ever-growing confidence, I succeed in everything I touch. I am confident.

I only surround myself with those who build my confidence. I love and cherish those who see my value and ability, while negating all others. My confidence is my masterpiece. My confidence is my prized possession that I protect every day of my life. My confidence allows me to do remarkable things. I am Confident.

When I walk into a room, I own it. I exude confidence in every situation. I am confident in every atmosphere. The world is my oyster, I can be, do, and have anything I want. I stand tall while holding my shoulders back and my head high. I am confident.

I am strong. God’s strength is within me. Strength swirls through my blood for boldness to dispense from me. The mere fact I have survived all my past tribulations, proves I am strong. I can survive anything Satan lays on my path. None of the enemies’ attacks can hold me down. I am strong.

I am strong because God created me to be. His power is mine, and I relish in it. What may appear to be weaknesses within me, is actually the works of strength being developed. All of my strength holds much power; whether it is strength the size of a mustard seed or strength that protrudes out of me, it is my strength. I am strong.

I am strong because God is strong. I am strong because I am made in His image. I am strong because God says I am strong. I am strong because He created me to be strong. I am strong.

Yes, I have been broken, but it is the brokenness that made me stronger. I may fall down, but I never surrender. I get back up and persevere, because I am strong. I do not need the approval of others. I do not need to be accepted by everyone. I can stand on my own two feet, with God and those who love me. I am strong.

When my strength feels absent, it is not. I may get tired and rest, but my strength propels me back up and forward. My strength is so victorious that I consistently succeed in my endeavors. Because of my strength, I can welcome constructive criticism. My strength allows me to clearly see which of my strengths need more development. I am strong.

My strengths devour all weaknesses. I believe I am strong. I know I am strong. I see my own strength. I am one with strongness. I am strong.

I am bold. I stand with boldness and roar like a lion. I spread my wings and soar like an eagle. I feel freedom to be me, because I am bold. I breathe boldness into my lungs, filling them to the depths of their existence. I am bold.

My posture is poised with my shoulders back and head held high, because I am bold. Boldness is my genius and my power. I cherish my boldness; therefore, I protect it. I am brave, beautiful, and bold.

Doors open for me, because I am bold enough to look. Opportunity surrounds me because I am bold enough to ask. Miracles happen to me because I am bold enough to say “Yes!”  I am bold.

I am my true self, because I am bold. I feel alive and well, because I am bold. My life is glorious and fulfilling, because I am bold. I am brilliant, beautiful, and brave. I am bold.

I can be, do, and have anything my heart desires that aligns with God’s plan for my life, because I am bold. God created me to be bold. He breathed boldness into my every existence. I am made in His image, and in His image I shall remain. I am bold.

I am bold, yet never arrogant. I am bold, yet never rude. I am bold, yet never conceited. My boldness is polite, humbled, and pure in all its ways. My boldness is kind, loving, and gentle. My boldness is mere perfection. I am bold.

I surround myself with others who are bold. Many are bold, because I am bold. Boldness looks good on me. Boldness feels good to me. I am free, because I am bold.

I am fearless. Fear…what’s that? I laugh in the face of fear. Fear bows down to me. I am the master over fear. I am fearless.

Fear is only energy. When I don’t embrace the energy properly, it has the ability to take power over me. Therefore, I feel the energy and disperse it properly. I use all energy for my good. Energy is powerful, when I use it to my advantage. I am a pro at turning fearful energy into fearless energy. I am fearless.

Fear is from Satan and has no place in my heart, mind, or body. God created me to be fearless, so fearless is who I am. I know that no matter the situation, it will always turn out in my favor. It is for that reason, I never have anything to fear. I am fearless.

I face every situation with the boldness and bravery of a lion. I view every situation as having a grand ending. I know that I win in every ending. Being fearless helps me to make wise decisions instead of fearful decisions. I am fearless.

Being fearless allows me to face all demons; whether my own or another’s. Being fearless allows me to use my voice. Being fearless allows me to control my thoughts. Being fearless allows me to control my actions. Being fearless allows me to help others. I am fearless.

I resist fear by using my courage. Everything I desire happens when I am fearless. Fear never dictates my life. I overcome all fear through taking action. I live all of my dreams, because I am fearless. Fear is a choice, and I choose to feel, and be, fearless. I am fearless.

My faith allows me to live in truth, instead of fear. God’s protection allows me to walk in light, instead of fear. I fly high as the eagle’s wings, because I am fearless.

I face every situation with boldness and bravery. I laugh in the face of fear. Fear bows down to me. I am in control. I use all energy to my advantage. I always win. I turn fearful energy into fearless energy. I am fearless.

I am beautiful. Beauty is found on the inside, and the outside; and I am beautiful inside and out. I am not too short; nor too tall. I am not to fat; nor too skinny. I am just perfect. Every part of me that the world may see as a flaw, is just another part of my perfection. Just as a tiger is said to earn his stripes, I have earned mine; and I am proud of each one. I am beautiful.

My hair is beautiful. My eyes are beautiful. My teeth are beautiful. My smile is beautiful. My nose is beautiful. My lips are beautiful. My chin is beautiful. My forehead is beautiful. My neck is beautiful. My shoulders are beautiful. My arms are beautiful. My chest is beautiful. My legs are beautiful. And, yes, even my butt is beautiful. I am beautiful.

What is in the magazines, posted on social media, and on tv, are photoshopped. Meaning, none of it is reality. I never compare myself to another person’s photo. I never compare my body parts to other people’s body parts; because my body parts are beautiful and perfect. I am beautiful.

I am classy and covered, because I am beautiful enough to vacate the need to reveal too much. I do not need to display an inappropriate amount of skin to get attention, because I do not need confirmation of my beauty. I do not need complements to ensure my beauty, because I know I am beautiful. My beauty has already been, and always will be, confirmed. I am beautiful.

When God created me, He created me to be unique. Therefore, there are parts of me that will not look like anyone else; and that is awesome. Uniqueness is beautiful. It means I possess something that nobody else does. God thought so highly of me to give me something of my own…features nobody can take; nor copy. I am beautiful.

I am patient. I understand that everything does not always go my way. Life will not move as quickly as I desire, and everything will not always be in its place. This is okay. I know how to go with the flow, stay relaxed in undesirable situations, and comfortably move at the speed that life sometimes chooses for me. I am patient.

When I am stuck in slow traffic, I understand that God is keeping me safe from a tragedy ahead. When an event I look forward to gets cancelled, I know God is protecting me in some way. I may not have all the answers, but when life is too slow for me, it is for my own good. I am patient.

When I have not yet gained everything I want in life, I know it is because I still need to learn and grow. Sometimes, many times, I am not ready for the blessings I desire; and that’s okay. God will pour down my blessings when the time is right. I am patient.

When I feel as though I just cannot take anymore, I know there is still patience left inside of me. When I feel impatient, it is simply me not getting my own way. I am too mature to act like an impatient child throwing a tantrum on the grocery aisle floor. I am patient.

I never throw fits. I never huff-and-puff. I never get exasperated. Sometimes, life, is what it is. I stay in control when life seemingly spins out of control. I am a keeper of peace. My mind is renewed. I am mature. My spirit is at rest. No matter what happens, I know how to adjust.  I am patient.

God is my protector, and as long as I remain in Him, He will keep me safe. He will slow me down when I need to slow down. He will bless me, when I can properly handle the blessings. He will make a way, in His own way; not mine. I am patient.

I am wise. I am honorably calculated in my thoughts and actions. I recognize, admire, and respect a variety of perspectives. However, I dismiss nonsense. I act according to fact. I make wise conclusions. I am wise.

I know when to keep my mouth shut, and when to walk away. I do not act on emotion; instead, I operate with wisdom. I do not keep the company of fools; nor do I argue with fools. My motto is: “Not my circus, not my monkey.” I am wise.

I think before I act. I filter before I speak. I consider all sides of the equation before making a decision to speak or take action. I calculate what others reactions and responses will be to what I am thinking I might do and say. I am prepared in all situations. I treat life like a game of chess; because, I know, every move I make will cause another move to be made. Through being wise in this way, I am in better control of my happiness; and most importantly, my destiny. I am wise.

I understand that emotions are not fact. I understand that my emotions have the ability to cause me to step away from my wisdom. It is for this reason, I choose to die to my emotions. I am lead by wisdom; and only wisdom. I am wise.

I am wise in all of my ways. I understand by living a wise life, my emotions are not always satisfied. However, my overall life’s desires are fulfilled. Because I am wise, my results are beneficial. I am respected, honored, and appreciated. This allows me to remain proud of who I am. I am wise.

I act in wisdom at all times, and in all ways. My wisdom is my voice of reason. My wisdom is my compass. My wisdom provides me with opportunity to live my best life. My wisdom leads my life in the direction of my desired destiny. I am wise.

I am intelligent. My brain is a masterpiece. I invest in my intellect before all else, because it is my intelligence that will create my success. Although my brain is not a muscle, I exercise it as though it is. I learn in order to make it stronger. My brain becomes stronger with each new piece of factual information I feed it. The stronger my brain becomes, the more powerful I become. The more powerful I become, the more successful I become. I am intelligent.

My brain is like a sponge, absorbing information. I love to learn, because through learning my intellect grows. As my intellect grows, my success grows. I am intelligent in both thoughts and actions. I know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. My intelligence is evergreen, as it continues to grow and flourish. I am intelligent.

My brain functions at high capacity. I do not live in a state of fog. I am clear minded, thought oriented, and mindful of my grand abilities, because I am intelligent. I think quickly and precisely; however, my intelligence also allows me to slow down to consider all options. I am decisive when I need to be decisive. I am focused. My brain is my most valuable asset. I am intelligent.

I am a life-long learner who loves to be challenged. It is through challenges that my intellect grows. My intelligence allows me to be open-minded; yet restrained. My intelligence allows me to lead with confidence, carrying myself well.  I am clever, alert, brilliant, quick-witted, insightful, keen, and discerning. I am intelligent.

I am the master of myself. My intelligence lies in my own two hands…my own choices. I choose to live an intelligent life by seeking knowledge at every turn. I never say I can’t do something. I never say I don’t know how to do something. I know that where there is a will, there is a way. I am one who ask questions until I learn the way. Through this, my intellect levels rise, along with my success. I know that by having a healthy mix of passion and intellect, I can be, do, and have all of my heart’s desires. I am intelligent.

I am a seeker of truth. I am a seeker of wisdom. I am a seeker of knowledge. I am intelligent.

I am admired. I know it’s easy to see the beauty around me, and in everyone else. Just as I see it in others, they too see all the beauty around and within me. Other people admire me for my intellect, my confidence, my bravery, and my beauty. Being admired holds a great deal of responsibility. Because others admire me, I am consistently the person they need me to be. For that, I am admired.

I am admired for all the great things in my life, and for my accomplishments. I am admired because I am kind, witty, and beautiful. What I admire, I mirror; therefore, I too, am admired. I am admired for my realism and imperfections that make me shine. I am admired.

I am admired for my bravery of living my passion, standing up for those who are weaker than myself, being generous to others, and caring for those who have less than me. I am admired for my compassionate, listening ear, my empathetic heart, and patience with those who are slower than me. I am admired.

I am admired for the shape of my body, the structure of my face, and all the beauty that encompasses my outer shell. I am admired for accepting those who are different than me, for my wisdom to know when to speak and when to keep quiet, and for showing love to those who may deserve my wrath. For it all, I am admired.

I am admired for my hard work and dedication to transform my dreams into my reality. I am admired because I am strong and wise. I am admired for all the things I possess. To some, my possessions may appear less than, but to many, my possessions are admired, for there are many who go without and who have less than me. My possessions are both tangible and nontangible, internal and external, powerful and meek. For it all, I am admired.

I am admired because I admit when I am wrong, weak, and ignorant. My humility makes me even more admirable. I am admired because I recognize the strength in others, and I compliment them accordingly. I am admired because I am teachable, eager, passionate, kind, smart, patient, enduring, humble, loving, empathetic, wise, and beautiful. For it all, I am admired.

I am loved. Everyone loves me and my great big heart. I am loved because I know how to love others. I am loved by others because I love myself.

Yes, even I make mistakes, but I know I can love myself through them and after them. Forgiveness is a tremendous compliment to love; therefore, because I love myself, I am always quick to forgive myself. I love myself unconditionally. I am loved.

I love myself, so I take care of myself. I love and accept every part of me; both inside and out. Loving myself is easy. I don’t love myself because I am perfect, rather I love myself because I choose to love myself. Love truly is a choice; so, today and every day that follows, I choose to love me. I am loved.

I treat myself with respect, dignity, integrity, and honor, because I love myself. I treat myself just as wonderful as I do the person in this world who I love the most. I will never treat myself less than how I treat others. I speak loving thoughts to myself, daily. I am loved.

When I love myself, it makes it easier for others to love me. I am love. I breathe love. I breed love. Love is who I am, because I love me. I am loved.

I love myself enough to set boundaries and run from drama. My heart, mind, and soul are the most important parts of me, and the parts of me I love the most. Therefore, I cherish my heart, mind, and soul with full attention to love. I am loved.

I act in loving ways towards myself. I love me. Everyone loves me and my great big heart. I am loved by others because I love myself. I choose to love me. I am loved.

I am surrounded by greatness. I am surrounded by beauty. I am surrounded by love. I am surrounded by all the great offerings of the world. People surround me with kindness, thoughtfulness, and admiration. My home surrounds me with security, comfort, and safety. The beating hearts of this world surround me with undeniable love. I am surrounded by greatness.

Success and all its glory surround me daily. Success has become me. I am surrounded with more than enough… more than what I need… more than what I desire. Positive energy encompasses my life, surrounding me at every turn. Generosity has me surrounded by an army of 200 million. Nothing will keep generosity from my grasp. I am surrounded by greatness.

I am surrounded by the beauty of mountains and valleys, trees and flowers, and lakes, oceans, and rivers… all of God’s beauty surrounds me. God’s angels, and God himself, surround me like the currents of the oceans that suck in and drown every enemy that travels to my dock. I am surrounded by greatness.

I am surrounded by the sounds of the singing birds, whispering willows, and the kittens’ purr. The impressions of a thousand orchestras raise me up, as they surround me. The voices of a billion symphonies surround me with sounds powerful enough to move mountains. I am surrounded by greatness.

I am surrounded by kind eyes, opened hearts, approving smiles, affectionate hugs, warm embraces, accepting speech, monumental successes, encouragement, thoughtfulness, admiration, security, comfort, and safety. I am surrounded by greatness.

I can change! I want to change. I am going to change. I am changing. I am making changes to better my life. I am making changes to better the lives of my family. I am making changes to better the lives of my friends. I am the change. I am changing.

I am the change the world needs. I am the change my world needs. I am the change I so desperately need. Change is within me and is protruding out of me. I am changing myself. I am changing my environment. I am changing the outcomes. I am changing the input so I can change the outcomes. I am changing.

I am changing people, places, and things so my life is more fulfilling and abundant. If a person is not good for my life’s goals, I am letting them go. If the places I go don’t serve my best interest, I am changing the places I go. If certain things in my life hinder my growth and success, I am letting go of such things. I am changing.

I am changing my habits. All habits that do not lead me down the road to success, I am letting the habits go. I am changing by creating new habits that keep me on track for betterment. Changing my bad habits for healthy good habits is what I am doing. I am changing.

I am even going to change the way I dress. I am going to change so that every day every outfit makes me look and feel great. I am changing every part of the way I look that makes me feel frumpy. I am changing my exterior, so my interior remains steadily in the realms of high confidence and energy. I am changing.

I am changing my diet. Foods that steal my enthusiasm are being changed with foods that enhance my mental and emotional well-being. I know that I am what I eat. Therefore, I am changing my course to eat only what fuels my mind, body, and spirit. I am changing.

I am changing my reactions. I will react with intelligence, strength, and dignity. My reactions are changing to responses so I can control my attitude and keep my peace. I am changing my responses to intellectual well-thought-out responses. I am changing to avoid responding when it is not necessary. I am changing to avoid responding when it steals my joy to do so. I am changing.

I am changing my schedule. I am adding meaningful tasks to my schedule by changing out tasks that lead me nowhere. If events do not bring me closer to success, they are not allowed on my schedule. Everything I put on my schedule will lead me to accomplish my goals. My schedule is one of success. I am changing.

I am changing for me, my family, and my friends. I am changing so that I can be all that God created me to be. I am changing so when I reach the end of my life, I am proud of myself. I am changing so the world changes for the better. I am changing so I am happier, healthier, stronger, wiser, calmer, more joyful, and more successful. I can change. I want to change. I am changing.

I am an achiever. I get things done that need to be done. I set goals and work diligently to achieve them. Whatever my mind can conceive and believe, I can achieve. I recognize challenges and overcome them. I possess the “I can do it” attitude. I am an achiever.

I have a determined spirit that achieves all that is needed to create my success. I embrace delayed gratification, because by doing so, I am invested in the long-term payoff of being an achiever… an overachiever, in fact. I am an achiever.

I surround myself with other achievers. My friends set and achieve goals. My family sets and achieves goals. I set and achieve goals. Collectively, we set and achieve goals. Achieving my goals is my top priority. Distractions and excuses are not allowed. I am the average of who I surround myself with, therefore, only achievers are in my inner circle. We are achievers. I am an achiever.

I am an achiever because of my great ability to believe in myself. Yes, I understand I may flop, fail, and flounder through the process; however, I know I will achieve my dreams when all is said and done. I may lose a battle, but I will win the war, because I am an achiever.

I am willing to make necessary shifts in my thinking and changes in my energy so that I can remain an achiever. I am willing to stand out… be different… be unaccepted… because I am an achiever. Not everyone is born to be an achiever, but I am born to be an achiever.  Being different and standing out is one of the traits that make me an achiever.

Naysayers are mute. Critics are irrelevant. Small-minded buffoons are pitiful. I do not hear their words. I do not see their smirks. I do not offer them my expensive attention. I am an achiever who stays on course, remains focused, and fights all demons within to achieve my dreams. I am an achiever.

As an achiever, I am invested in my future, not the past. I see the finish line and achieve every obstacle so I will soon step into glory. I know that whatever I believe, I can achieve. Even if the person next to me chooses not to achieve a task, or they can’t complete a task, I can because I am an achiever.

I conquer what needs conquering. I focus on my goals, daily. I persistently work to achieve my goals, hourly. Whatever my mind conceives, I achieve. No challenge is too large for me to achieve. My “I can do it” attitude sets me on the path to achieving great things. I am an achiever.

I am grateful. Every day I awake to beauty surrounding me. This world is God’s masterpiece, and He chose me to be in it for such a time as this. I am grateful for all I have, all I have done, all I will do, and all I will have. Life’s possibilities are endless. I am grateful.

Gratefulness consumes me. I constantly dwell on how blessed my life is every day. I have shelter, food to eat, physical senses that serve me well, limbs that work, a working and clear mind, and love from those around me. I count my blessings and show my gratitude. I am grateful.

Joy lives inside of me because I am grateful. Generosity pours out of me because I am grateful. I give love, have patience, pursue understanding, and offer grace, because I am grateful. Being grateful is my way of life. I never complain, gripe, or moan because my gratefulness makes no allowance for such negativity. I am grateful.

I am grateful to God for all He has given me and done for me. The more grateful I am, the more He blesses me. It is because He can trust in my grateful spirit that He opens doors in my life. Abundance is mine because I am grateful.

The more grateful I am, the more beauty I see. My gratitude opens doors to wisdom, creativity, and power. My grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. I am grateful.

Even when life is chaotic, my gratitude is what calms the storms. Gratitude turns what I currently have into more than enough. The root of all my joy is my gratitude. I am easily able to stay in the present because my focus remains on being grateful. I am here in this moment smothered in gratefulness. I am grateful.

Beauty surrounds me every day. I am alive during this time because God chose me. I am grateful for all I have, all I have done, all I will do, all I will have, and all I can do. My possibilities are infinite. I am grateful.

I love being a non-smoker. I wake up each morning breathing in fresh air and enjoying nature surrounding me. My mind and nerves are calm as I can breathe deeply and exhale with ease. I love being a nonsmoker.

My food and drinks taste better. I can taste the full flavors of everything I ingest. My sense of smell is strong, allowing me to enjoy the many aromas of the world. My body is relaxed with joy. I love being a nonsmoker.

My clothes smell fresh. My hair is soft with a clean fragrance. My car is pleasant to get into and drive. It is much more pleasurable to have others in my vehicle, as I am no longer embarrassed by the smell and lingering ashes on the dashboard. I love being a nonsmoker.

Going out for the evening is much more enjoyable. I don’t have to step away to get a nicotine fix. I sit through dinner without interruption and anxiousness. I have cocktails with my friends without dipping out for a smoke break, just to return smelling up the place with smoke residue. I love being a nonsmoker.

I have much more money now that I am a nonsmoker. I use the money saved to have nicer things and do fun activities with those I love. I love knowing I have more money in my pocket and bank account. I love being a nonsmoker.

I hate cigarettes. They are completely and utterly disgusting. They taste terrible every time I light one on my lips. Breathing in the smoke burns my throat and is not enjoyable. The way my lungs fill up with smoke is constricting and uncomfortable. I hate cigarettes.

I hate cigarettes. I hate the way they make me smell. I hate the way my hair smells when I smoke. I hate the way my fingers smell when I smoke. I hate the way my vehicle smells when I smoke. I hate cigarettes.

I hate cigarettes. I hate the way they take my breath away. I hate the way they make me anxious. I hate the way I feel the need to take a smoke break. I hate standing out in undesirable weather just so I can get a nicotine fix. I hate how cigarettes interrupt my daily life. I hate cigarettes.

I hate cigarettes. I hate how expensive they are to buy. I hate how much money I waste purchasing cigarettes. I hate that I don’t have nicer things because I waste my money on cigarettes instead. I hate that I can’t take more elaborate vacations because I waste my money on cigarettes. I hate cigarettes.

I hate cigarettes. I hate the way others look at me when I smoke. I hate the way I stink up the place when I return from having a cigarette. I hate the way cigarettes rule my life, make me smell, steal my money, and make me feel. I hate cigarettes.
